Mercy Bona Pavelic, Founder and Director of de Bona Consulting llc, has over 30 years of professional experience in international business.

A former Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company in New York, now J.P. Morgan Chase, Ms. Bona moved to her ancestral homes, Dubrovnik and Zagreb, in 2000. „Marquisa“ de Bona proudly traces her roots to Dubrovnik's oldest noble family which dates from the 11th century.

She continues to act as President of the not-for-profit Heathcote Art Foundation, a New York based grant-giving foundation which supports the arts, through which she established and manages the FACE Croatia Program. Ms. Bona is also Founder of ELT, Croatia's first professional English language theatre.

De Bona Consulting, established in 2006, formalizes Ms. Bona's entry into the luxury and commercial real estate markets in Croatia where she anticipates a continuing rise in investment demand over the coming years.
